6 month and yearly contracts so fitting into the
budget is easier.

- Regular check of event log for issues or
potential problems
- Update virus definitions (if antivirus software
installed)
- Clean up temporary files
- Minimum once a month onsite visit
- 2 x Four business hour response emergency
