All systems that DCS builds and sells are covered by a minimum limited one year depot warranty. We understand that it is not always possible to disconnect your system and bring it in to our location to be fixed. So DCS Technologies offers our customers the option of onsite service by an A+ certified technician. Charges are as follows:

Service Contracts

DCS Technologies is pleased to offer onsite services contracts. Completely customizable to any size business, you only buy the service or services that you need. Perfect for smaller businesses that don't have a dedicated IT person. For a fraction of the cost of hiring someone, you can have an A+ Certified technician come to your place of business to fix any problems that might arise. We offer 6 month and yearly contracts so fitting into the budget is easier.

Server Coverage includes the following:

• Update service patches
• Regular check of event log for issues or potential problems
• Update virus definitions (if antivirus software installed)
• Clean up temporary files
• Minimum once a month onsite visit
• 2 x Four business hour response emergency onsite service
• Free technical phone support

Workstation coverage includes the following:

• Update service patches
Update virus definitions (if antivirus software installed)
• Clean up temporary files
• Minimum once a month onsite visit
• 2 x Four business hour response emergency onsite service
• Free technical phone support

Additional costs:

• Emergency 4 hour response onsite for server. *
